TSA Demolition is a highly qualified and experienced team of demolition and strip-out focused professionals who have been in operation since 2006.

The team uses a systematic approach to all our work ensuring that we plan every step of the strip out process to minimise interruption and ensure the site is cleared in a fast, efficient and safe manner.

Close to 10 years ago we formed a continuing partnership with a large Hotel group and because of this relationship we are now considered to be one of Sydney's leading hotel strip-out specialists.

Our no-compromise attitude towards quality, service and deadlines has led our success within the hospitality and commercial strip-out demolition space.

TSA Demolition continues to grow as we form alliances with hotel groups, builders, contractors and homeowners with a focus on great service. We work hard to understand our client's requirements, deliver on time and budget.

TSA Demolition are fully covered for public liability and workers compensation insurance and have a comprehensive OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) manual with accident and incident records. Furthermore, all of the crew members have white cards and all induction material including SWMS (Safe Method of Work Statements) to ensure the process is streamlined, professional and efficient.
